Why Do You Want To Lose Weight?
Maybe you need to get rid of that spare tire or those love handles and that’s all. It could be, for you, that you have more pounds than that that you need to lose. Let me ask you this, though. What will it cost you if you don’t lose these pounds? Will it adversely affect your health? Or maybe it’s just a matter of pride and self esteem. Hey, it could simply be a matter of not being able to fit into a new suit or bathing trunks.
That’s o.k. we’re going to address all those issues. And you’re still not going to have to exercise…unless you really want to. Whatever you reasons for wanting to get rid of your “excess baggage”, I’m going to show you a tried and true method of easy and effective weight loss.
How Does It Work?
Alright, if it doesn’t mean a lot of cardiovascular training or pumping iron, just what are we talking about? This system is so different and so easy that most people have a hard time with the idea that it is so simple. You see, your metabolism has a way of not only remembering what sort of calories you are taking in, but predicting them as well. Since your body gets into a habit of eating certain foods in particular combinations at similar times, it starts to expect that it will get these types of calories.
Did you know that the brain gives off certain hormones which tell your body to store calories as fat or burn them as fuel? So if you have a method that can easily show you how to combine your foods and when to eat them in these combinations you can retrain your metabolism to burn the fat instead of storing it.
