At least 30 minutes of brisk walking is enough when you just started. When you get the hang of it, try doing it a bit longer and at a faster pace. You will see that your muscles gets firmed up and you will see less sagging on the arm area. With a little help of weights, you can totally eliminate those unwanted fat and continue to build up your body.
