Yoga can be more exactly described by the Sanskrit word asana, which refers to the practice of physical postures or poses. Yoga is a spiritual science of self-realization. Yoga methods include the complete ground of our survival, from the physical, emotional and mental to the spiritual. Its methods contain moral disciplines, physical postures, breath control, as well as meditation. The whole system of Yoga is built on three main structures exercise, breathing, and meditation.
Proper understanding Yoga Types and benefits of yoga that can make a huge and permanent difference to your life. So here are six types of Yoga:
•HATHA YOGA: Hatha Yoga makes the spine more flexible. This in turn enhances blood flow so that more oxygen and nutrients are available to the spine. Hatha Yoga is helpful in slows down the aging process, safest and healthiest mode to lose weight, awakens and enhances vision, improves simplicity of feelings, focus and build up powers of attention.
•KUNDALINI YOGA: Kundalini yoga gives unique consideration to the role of the spine and the endocrine system, which is a vital part for yogic beginning. This yoga is practiced strictly under the guidance of an experienced yoga teacher
•MANTRA YOGA: Mantra yoga meditation involves chanting a word or phrase awaiting the mind and emotions are transcended and the super awake is obviously exposed and practiced. The essential technique is japa, or mental repetition of the mantra to invoke that energy in our selves.
•JNANA YOGA: Jnana-Yoga is the path of Self-realization through the exercise of gnostic understanding or, to be more precise the wisdom associated with discering the Real from the unreal or illusory.
Rare skin parasites, causing relentless itchy skin, suffered by thousands of people world wide are becoming more common. The itching is so intense and relentless that the only relief is to take near scalding baths several times a day to keep the vermin at bay. 
How are the itchy skin parasites contracted? One lady contracted them from a bird nest she knocked down from a window. Another lady along with her husband contracted them from furniture they rented while their furniture was in transit. One fellow contracted them from a dust cloud while cutting down a dead tree. Another woman removed a nest of mice from a comforter stored in her garage and contracted them. Exchanging dresses at a wedding with another bridesmaid was the downfall of another lady. One woman even says she contracted it from a fellow sitting across from her at a meeting at work. She claims to have seen droplets coming from his mouth as he spoke. My own personal hell started when I had a cloud of dust descend upon me as I pulled a strangulating vine from a tree in my back yard.
Onset of symptoms usually starts approximately twenty-four to thirty-six hours after exposure. The initial symptoms are an itching of the skin driving the individual to a hot bath to relieve the symptoms. Unfortunately within several hours the intense itching returns. Anti itch creams only provide respite for a few hours.
Their desperation and panic results in all kinds of de-wormers, herbal remedies, chelation therapy and or removal of amalgam from filings in their teeth to remove mercury, medications from Mexico, faith healing, rifing… most to no avail.
The offending parasites are generally one or more of several skin parasites:
1. Collembola (spring tails)
2. Strongyloides stercoralis
3. Morgellons
Unfortunately the fact is that nearly all physicians are totally inexperienced with the treatment of these pathogens and for two of them there are no diagnostic tests available. And ironically the one that can be identified (the strongyloides) is a rare nematode requiring a wormer which again physicians are inexperienced in its treatment.
Affordable healthcare is slowly becoming a thing of the past! With the current economic crisis unable to lower its menacing head, U.S is facing a grave problem in their healthcare industry. Medical bills are reaching astronomical heights and people are unable to even meet the affordable healthcare options with the rising costs.
As more and more people are losing their jobs everyday, it is necessary to keep other affordable healthcare options open. Health is something that no one can predict. When an illness befalls a person, he tries to resort to the most affordable healthcare solutions in his capacity. The employers, unable to meet the high insurance costs, make employees pay a portion of the premium rate and this is a heavy drain on the employee. Unfortunately, there are not many affordable healthcare options and the Government is hard pressed to find ways and means to bring about affordable healthcare facilities to the citizens of America.
Let us review some of the individual affordable healthcare insurance policies, which can bring some relief to family members, in case there is a serious ailment and treatment is required. One nearly affordable healthcare option is the Fee For Service Plan (FFS). You initially pay for the treatment received and you can claim re-imbursement from the insurance company. Under the Health Savings Account Plan (HSA), one can opt for the normal plan, which covers regular medical check-ups etc., or the high deductible where you are reimbursed for serious accidents or illnesses. While these are not affordable healthcare choices, you must protect yourselves in case of an emergency or be prepared to lose a loved one. The choices are grim but with affordable healthcare options not available, the next best alternative is to try to be covered under a “close-to” affordable healthcare option.
Affordable healthcare really signifies what you want to give your family. Always protect yourself with affordable healthcare options. Put aside for a rainy day so that you have options open using the affordable healthcare plans in existence.
Contrary to the opinion of many parents, it’s OK to want to have fun in everything you do in life. It’s not selfish, insensitive or self-centered. Wanting life to be fun is natural, normal and healthy.
Every aspect of life goes better with fun. Fun can lubricate even the most tedious chore. And fun can infuse even the most serious of situations with the lightness of love.
May I suggest a few actions to keep your day light:
1. Practice random acts of connection.
Really. It works. Wave to a firefighter. Smile at a cop. Salute a soldier. Hang with a kid. Have a friendly conversation with the cashier. Leave an outrageously generous tip. Drop in a shelter. Volunteer at a literacy program. Show up at a community fund-raising event.
2. Make at least one just-for-fun phone call a day.
Water your field of dreams — your energy field! Call a friend who is consistently fun to talk to. Just for the heaven of it! — not for business or to have any other need met. Simply ring someone up for a sociable hello without any agenda or expectation.
3. Have an exciting destination.
Seek wonder. Go toward joy, ease and adventure — not simply away from boredom, pain, struggle and fear. Don’t dwell on the old. Focus on your destination — move towards a fun future.
4. Strive for success — not for perfection.
Give up perfectionism! Perfectionism goes hand in hand with fear of success and failure. We feel in order to succeed we must be perfect. As perfectionists, we insure that we will never be satisfied with who we are. Giving up perfectionism means seeing the good in our lives rather than the faults, focusing on what is working rather than what is not working.
5. Share your life experience.
Keep in mind that not everyone knows what you know. Your personal experiences can be valuable to others. You might be surprised by what some people don’t know about life! I always am.
