Sweetened foods like chocolates and fried foods have long been considered to be a direct cause of acne. However, the connection has not been proved. While fried foods hamper your digestion and add to the toxins in your blood, sweets can be consumed within limit. Another thing to remember is that a fat free diet is a bad diet. Avoid fat completely and you are asking for joint pain and dry skin. Remember, it is important to know your bodily reactions to the food you consume and remain acne free.

Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is more important that the body is receptive to the meal that is being eaten. Make sure that you feel hungry when you eat otherwise pack your breakfast for later. Plan your meals in line with your hunger cycles.

Get fresh

Fresh fruit and fresh fruit juices should be had as a separate meal. If your work life does not allow you to carry fruits with you, incorporate a fresh fruit as the first thing in the morning or to be had as soon as you return home.

Get nutty

Our bodies need fats to keep our organs functioning smoothly and to assimilate a variety of vitamins and minerals. Dry fruits like prunes, walnuts, almonds and small portions of cashew nuts are essential for a good skin.

Once you are aware of the average timings when you feel hungry, you can plan meals to be had to suit you.
